The role of coach presents Line Managers with a variety of challenges; when should I coach? How is coaching different from training? What type or style of coaching activity should I use?
This one day training module will explore the coaching roles and their usefulness and focus on the 'Confronting and Challenging' coaching style. We will challenge the participants to role-play this coaching method to improve both performance, and especially conduct.
