Time is the most valuable resource we have. The degree to which human performance potential is realised in the business sector is estimated to be a mere 30 – 40 per cent.
In other words it is reckoned that most people waste at least 60 per cent of their working time.
The objectives for this course are to:
- Develop effective long term and short term planning skills
- Define personal systems for managing time and working more effectively
- Develop the ability to recognise when and how to delegate
- Develop understanding of the impact of time management and come up with an action plan to help to change behaviour
